1.      Chartered Accountant (Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) )

2. Chartered Secretary (Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA).

3.      Licensed Secretary (Company Commission of (SSM))

4.      Lawyer (He/she must be register with Malaysian Bar, or relevant authorities)
